Who are the mentors?

Mentors are professionals in the business world that have undergone their own trials and tribulations. Each one will have gone through a background check through prior to attending.

What if I don't know anything about entrepreneurship?

Then you’re even more than welcome to join us! You will learn an incredible amount about entrepreneurship in one weekend. There will be workshops to help guide the attendees as well as mentors who will be available every step of the way.

How many people will be on a team?

Each team will have 3-4 members.

What's the minimum age?

We want to open this opportunity to as many attendees as possible and do not wish to discriminate according to age. If you trust your child to participate, then we will be more than happy to have them. However, if at any point a child becomes unmanageable, the organizers have the right to send them home. Historically, our youngest attendee has been 10, oldest has been 18.

Are parents allowed to participate?

Parents are invited for a Meet-And-Greet with the founders and mentors of the Capacitor Friday evening. Saturday will be a drop-off. Then, they will be welcome to join us for the pitch at 1:00pm on Sunday.

Do I need to have anything prepared?

We would encourage attendees to think of business ideas prior to attending. If you don’t have one, don’t worry about it! Come and join a team Friday 🙂
